The Town Board authorized modification of a preexisting dock for XV Property LLC (2 Charlie’s Lane) under resolution 2026‑102, approving a revised plan to shorten a stationary dock, add a floating dock and ramp, and require amended NYSDEC approval, insurance certificates, contractor licensing and a two‑year completion timeframe.
