Evans also invited the public to a truck inspection and community event on June 28, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The board authorized up to $6,400 for repairs to a 2005 Gradall and accepted the state 284 Agreement; both motions passed unanimously. The minutes also record review of the vehicle replacement plan and an insurance settlement discussion related to a damaged guardrail along Lowe Road.
