Flambeau finance committee hears plan to route billing through SitelogiQ ahead of referendum

"Ms. Kopka explained that the billing will be managed through SitelogiQ in conjunction with the upcoming referendum," Kopka said, according to meeting minutes. The committee did not request further details about contract terms or timing at the meeting.
Committee members also approved the Finance Committee's unofficial February 19, 2025 open-session meeting minutes; the motion to approve the minutes was made by Lana Nelson and seconded by Zenny Mahun, and the minutes show the motion carried. The student activity accounts report and the Treasurer's report were reviewed with no questions from members.
The committee scheduled its next meeting for Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 5:56 p.m.
