Planning Commission approves agenda and minutes, excuses absentees and adjourns

Early in the meeting, a motion by Wight, seconded by Williams, excused absent members Chambers, DeVries and Francis; the motion carried (AIF/MC). A motion by Williams, seconded by Faulkner, approved the meeting agenda (AIF/MC). Later, the Commission approved the Aug. 7, 2024 meeting minutes on a motion by Faulkner, seconded by Williams (AIF/MC). The meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m. on a motion by Wight, seconded by Williams; that motion also carried unanimously.
These actions were recorded without roll-call tallies of individual votes in the minutes; minutes denote outcomes as "AIF/MC" (all in favor/motion carried).
