Board Secretary Lorina Lujan moved acceptance and authorization for the superintendent to execute the Certificate of Final Completion and issue final payment; Trustee Carlos Quiroz, Jr. seconded. The motion was approved by a unanimous vote of the four members present. The approval concludes district closeout actions for this stadium-phase project funded through the 2023 bond program.
