Public comment was offered by Kiplynn Smith, Leah Chiemelski and Joe Croke. Mayor Nicole Pieterse moved to approve the resolution and Trustee Joe Dillsworth seconded; the roll call vote was 3 in favor and 2 opposed. Mayor Pro Tem Patrick Fallon and Trustee Benn Vernadakis voted no.
