The Wayne County Planning Board approved the Navratil & Bear final subdivision on May 27, which divides a 15.75-acre parcel into four lots: three roughly 1-acre parcels proposed for houses and a 12.6-acre residual lot with no immediate development plans. Planner Eli Levine told the board that water service exists on site but there is no sewer; therefore each new lot will need its own septic system.
Board questions focused on lot access and neighborhood character; Mr. Levine said the area is rural and generally flat and that the access drive is 40' wide and 350' long. Mr. Hutteman moved for approval, Mr. Peters seconded, and the motion passed with one abstention by Ms. Marini.
