Mr. Brady presented Resolution 290-26, which authorizes new project statements including Wolcott Road paving preparation ($160,000), Wolcott Road Nova chip paving ($330,000), Clyde Marengo cold in place recycle ($805,000), Ridge Road (Sodus) paving ($900,000), Red Creek & Furnace hot‑in‑place w/ double micro surface ($735,665), plus other shoulder and drainage projects. The resolution also moves unspent funds back to the Highway Construction line for reallocation and closes a completed Miscellaneous Drainage Project (25‑18).
The Board directed the Budget Officer to create projects, transfer funds and close the completed project as listed; the motion was adopted by roll call. The resolution references Section 115 of the Highway Law and delegates project administration to the Superintendent of Public Works consistent with county procedures.
