The resolution authorizes the county to sell the parcel to Mr. Friedman for his purchase offer of $550 and directs the Madam Chair to execute a quitclaim deed and other required paperwork, subject to County Attorney approval of the deed form. The resolution was adopted by roll call (Supervisor Elsbree absent).
The sale amount and the fact the parcel was excluded from auction because it is landlocked are recorded in the resolution; the County Attorney must approve deed form prior to closing.
