Freeburg board approves modest pay boost for returning lifeguards, sets party manager rate at $20

Trustee Ramon Matchett, Jr. moved to increase returning lifeguard pay to $15.50 per hour and set managers working pool parties at $20.00 per hour; Trustee Elizabeth (Lisa) Meehling seconded the motion and the minutes record the vote as carried (six ayes). The committee had previously agreed to donate a 10-day pool pass to the Freeburg Community House School Music Booster.
