Cheryl Plasz, who identified herself during the public-comment portion of the meeting, asked the court to accept documents related to Tanglewood Drive for inclusion in the official record. "With your permission, I'd like them to be entered into the minutes," Plasz said, noting she had previously emailed copies to the court clerk.
Plasz told the court the materials include a bond summary, a receipt from Kentucky Paging Company, and an inspection statement indicating the top part of the road has been inspected. She asked the clerk to receive one physical copy for the record and requested the court's approval to file the items with the minutes, while acknowledging the court may need to consult the county attorney before taking substantive action on the road project.
