Matt Gilbert nominated Bryan Ford for president; Ronnie Crecelius seconded the nomination and the board unanimously approved Ford. Ronnie Crecelius nominated RJ Hodges for vice president, seconded by Matt Gilbert; the board unanimously approved Hodges. Ronnie Crecelius nominated Cathy Smith for secretary, seconded by Matt Gilbert; the board unanimously approved Smith. The board instructed updates to bank signers at Pinnacle Bank to reflect the new officers.
