The board reconvened in open session at 5:08 p.m., and the roll call on the motion was 6–0 in favor; Board President Melanie Petersen, Vice President Johnny Knight, Secretary Sean Kelly, John Anderson, Donna Knight and Donny Lutrick voted yes. Board member Brian Sebring was absent.
