June Frazier, city clerk for Clayton, and other clerks spoke about the professional value of the credential and presented a certificate of appreciation to Bridgette Waters.
June Frazier said the MRCC designation "reflects a meaningful combination of education, training, and work real world experience" and that Bridgette's "achievements not only benefits her personally and professionally, but also brings tremendous value to the city of Bridgeton." Council members congratulated Waters and praised her work behind the scenes.
