Rockwall ISD approves election services contracts, consent agenda and adjourns

At the Sept. 22 meeting the Rockwall ISD board approved contracts for election services with Rockwall County, Kaufman County and Collin County. Dr. Bart Miller moved to approve the contracts and Stan Britton seconded; the motion passed 6-0 with one absence (Grant DuBois).
The board also approved its consent agenda—including minutes from Aug. 18, financial reports for August, personnel resignations and hires, off-campus physical activity programs for fall 2025 and the District Educational Improvement Committee for 2025–2026—on a single recorded vote. The meeting was adjourned at 8:41 p.m. and signatures appear on the minutes.
