At its June 4 meeting the Hasbrouck Heights Land Use Board took the following formal actions: adoption of the Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan (plan dated May 22, 2025) by unanimous roll call; adoption of a resolution for Starbucks at 5 Route 17 South (PB 25-03) with one abstention (Rita Perdomo); approval of Philip Miller's add-a-level application at 224 Berkshire Road (PB25-04) by unanimous roll call; and a one-year extension for Prologis on the final site plan at 611 Route 46 (PB34-05), approved unanimously.
