Board delegates authority to superintendent for attendance-credit/recapture agreements under TEC

The delegation authorizes the superintendent to approve Agreements for the Purchase of Attendance Credit (including netting Chapter 48 funding) for the 2025–26 school year as described in the motion text recorded in the minutes. The board’s action is narrowly tailored to authorizing execution of those agreements and does not otherwise change board policy.
