Trustees received a monthly construction update on Bond 2022 projects from Claycomb Associates and TEAL Construction on Aug. 21, 2025. Josh Hansen of Claycomb and Michael Miller of TEAL reported that Rockport-Fulton High School is currently 74% complete with $29.01 million authorized and a substantial completion date of February 2026, while Fulton Elementary is 95.5% complete with $12.29 million authorized and is substantially complete.
The presenters responded to trustees’ questions about schedule and remaining work. The board did not take action on the update; the report was provided for oversight and record. The update was presented as part of the administration’s Objective 4.3 facilities report.
The construction numbers were presented by the district’s project team and recorded in the meeting minutes. Trustees asked follow-up questions about next milestones and remaining funding commitments; those clarifications were given verbally during the presentation.
