Residents urge easement clarity and light controls for proposed Trapper Circle housing

A second resident transcribed in the minutes as "AI Tiley" urged the council to consider light-control measures for the proposed 10-unit property and nearby hotel, noting current lighting already affects adjacent properties. Council members acknowledged these concerns and said drainage, setbacks and dark-sky-compliant lighting will be reviewed during design-review and permitting; no formal mitigation plan was adopted at the meeting.
