Mayor Pezze briefed the board on the Burchi property, noting the owner said concrete would be poured soon but that the village could not find a current ordinance explicitly forbidding living in an RV on a residential lot. Trustee Nelson said the board had addressed the matter before and moved to table the update until the village attorney could confirm whether such an ordinance exists.
Attorney Rabin agreed to review zoning and related code and to provide an answer within two to three days. Trustee Dees seconded Nelson's motion to table; the motion passed unanimously. The board said it will revisit the matter at the next regular meeting and directed staff to attempt to contact the contractor identified by the property owner.
