"I wouldn’t be opposed to policing it either, I live on the lake, I wouldn’t mind looking it over," Peck said. Trustees discussed the lack of separate meters for RV spots and uncertainty about water use; staff noted a 37% water loss figure in town (overall) and said utility metering would need review before establishing monthly rental rates. The board decided to leave existing leases in place and to explore rental terms and metering details.
