Kincaid approves $595 lead-testing kit for resident water tests

"We can get an electric tester for $595 that does 50," CJ said. Trustees debated projected usage and cost-per-test; Dees moved to approve purchasing the $595 kit and Nelson seconded. The board voted all ayes. CJ said he would begin testing residents' household tap water on request and that if demand increases the village could revisit testing supplies.
