Kincaid board approves Kincaid Solar agreement after attorney review

Mayor Tony Pezze told trustees that village attorney Alex had reviewed the Kincaid Solar agreement and found no problems, and he requested a motion to sign the agreement. Trustee Nelson moved to sign the agreement based on attorney approval; Trustee Paso seconded and the board voted all ayes.
"Alex has went through it and went over it and said no problems and we are ok to sign it and get it back to Alex and he will go from there," Pezze said. The board did not discuss substantive terms during the meeting; members approved execution based on counsel review and directed staff to return the signed agreement to the appropriate party.
