Comal County approves moderate renovation for Tax Assessor-Collector office, authorizes contract talks

The court approved the moderate option and authorized the purchasing agent and county administrator's office to initiate contract negotiations with Park Hill. "We tried to preserve as much as we can," Park Hill's architect said while describing circulation, accessibility and security upgrades. Commissioners said improving customer flow and adding a drive-through are priorities and favored an interim project rather than building a new facility.
