Royse City ISD board approves new hires, resignations and superintendent contract

The board also approved several resignations presented in closed session, including staff listed as Kayla Bailey (Arnold), Amanda Stansell (Arnold), Chandra Arvie (Technology), Matias Barcelo Treiyer (Baley), Leslie Taylor (Scott), and Cameron Croom (RCHS). Trustee Jessica Ratterree moved approval, with Eric Fort seconding; the motion passed 5–0 (two absent).
Trustees then approved the superintendent's annual appraisal (motion by Cindi Jobe, second by Amanda Self) and subsequently approved the superintendent's contract (motion by Jessica Ratterree, second by Mike Anderson); both measures passed unanimously among the five trustees present. Trustee Mike Anderson thanked Dr. Anderson for leadership, saying, "We appreciate you."
