Key approvals included the purchase of a Ford Explorer (motion by Cecilia Garza; unanimous), acceptance of the TASB Worker's Compensation Insurance (unanimous), approval of an Agreement for Clinical Services with UTRGV (motion passed with one abstention), and passage of the Memorandum of Understanding for Region One college preparatory coursework (unanimous). The Board also approved the 2025–2026 Employee Handbook with corrections and later approved a revised employee contract after closed session. Trustees approved an additional guardian assignment and stipend (motion passed 6–0 with one abstention). The Board voted down a resolution to designate 4‑H as an extracurricular organization.
