The board returned to open session at 9:19 p.m. and recorded that the item regarding legal services was tabled; no other formal actions resulting from executive session were recorded in the meeting minutes. The board then set its next regular meeting for Oct. 15, 2025, and adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
