At the April 22 meeting, the Seguin ISD Board of Trustees received updates on bond-funded construction projects and an elementary furniture replacement plan.
Robyn Popa with Pfluger Architects presented the elementary furniture replacement project and discussed specifications and timelines. The district's construction manager, Robert Sand Jr., and other staff provided a status update on current bond projects, including anticipated construction milestones. The board discussed campus needs and scheduling but recorded no formal action on either item at this meeting.
While no votes were required, the presentations informed the board's oversight of bond implementation and procurement timelines. Staff will return with more detailed timelines and procurement steps at future meetings.
