The consent motion was made by Board Member Ethan Garza and seconded by Board Member Thomas Bowers; it passed unanimously, 6-0, with Board Member Richard Gingrich not in attendance.
The vote authorized staff to realign expenditures to reflect awarded grant amounts and to proceed with bond-related payments and retainage as the district completes construction on a new high school and associated projects.
