Teles hasn't completed them," and Assistant Health Agent Fred Hehre told the board that many permit details were missing. The board recorded concerns about employees using porta-potties in winter weather and a lack of communication from the business.
Owner C. Teles described logistical obstacles, including a deported contractor and the need for approvals from the Martha's Vineyard Commission and the Conservation Commission. The board's extension requires that Teles provide engineered plans for the sewer connection, submit applications to the MVC and ConCom, confirm sewer flow status with Wastewater, and present a progress update at the March 10 meeting. Belsky will provide a checklist of required items to the business.
The board's action was procedural and conditional; enforcement or revocation will depend on whether the required materials and plans are submitted by the March 10 deadline.
