"With regards to the best practices document, there have been some changes. Nothing substantive. I've just updated some things just for consistency and compliance," Cosby said during the discussion.
The board moved and approved the revised agreements and practices. Counsel told the board she had shared the human trafficking affidavit with other counties and praised Citrus County for incorporating it into local procedures.
