Commissioner Bill Sarkella offered the resolution and Clerk Laurie recorded a roll-call vote; all commissioners present voted yes and the chair declared, "Resolution is adopted." The board also approved a set of related fiscal items earlier in the meeting, including the approval of current claims totaling $260,337.90 and budget amendments the board listed under FA163-25.
