“We need a resolution, 2026 value adjustment board resolution, number 26, 1, imposing a non-refundable $50 filing fee for petitions filed in 2026,” the presiding officer announced before the board moved and approved the item. Counsel later noted the resolution had been updated to list five petition types that must be charged $15 rather than $50, as outlined in the PTO Bulletin 26-1 included in the packet.
The board approved the resolution by voice vote. The clerk and counsel said staff will reflect the five $15 petition categories explicitly in the final resolution language and the administrative packet.
