The Prairieview Elementary School Board of Education voted unanimously to approve a comprehensive consent agenda that bundled routine minutes, financial statements and a set of personnel and vendor items. The package included the employment of multiple classroom and special-education teachers (Skylar McGill, Mary Claire Coddington, Christina Miller), approval of BACC tuition rates for 2025-26, renewal of the Panorama contract for $19,873.25 and the Just A Dash food service renewal.
The consent agenda also included facilities and service items: a SASED summer school rental in the amount of $27,750 and approval to purchase one bus returning at the end of its five-year lease for $27,747.64. Board Member Christopher Esposito moved the motion and Donna Sobotka seconded; the board recorded a unanimous vote with seven "Yea" votes and no nays. The items will be implemented per normal administrative processes and reflected in the next board financial reports.
