Housing director files HPG report to USDA and reports program balances, delinquent accounts

Housing Director Hannelore Dysinger told the board she completed her seventh HPG report and submitted it to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The request totals $55,517.40; Dysinger said $7,241.40 of that amount is administrative cost and the remainder was used on projects. She said she is working to close out two projects and has filed the fiscal year 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program income report.
Dysinger said there are four delinquent accounts in the housing program; two of those accounts are making regular payments. She also reported ongoing work to complete Roscommon's reports and will continue to update the board as projects close.
