The Crawford County Board of Commissioners approved a motion July 17 authorizing payment of the county's listed claims across multiple funds, including the General Fund items totaling $587,138.31 and a series of other fund disbursements recorded in the open invoice report. The motion was moved by Commissioner Kraycs and seconded by Commissioner Moore; a roll-call vote was recorded and the motion carried.
County Controller Paul Compo distributed the Budget Performance Report for the period ending June 30, 2025. He told commissioners that revenues are 10.3% higher than the prior year while expenses are 13.1% higher; interest revenue is above budget but growth has slowed. He warned that the Child Care Fund and the Airport will likely need additional funding, and he noted shifts in grant receipts and capital outlay.
