During the reorganization portion of the meeting, Mrs. Blundy moved and Mr. Fritz seconded a motion to elect Matt Rampenthal as board president; the motion "carried on voice vote: 7 ayes, 0 nays, 0 absent." Mr. Rampenthal subsequently moved and the board approved Kim Blundy as vice president and Michael Fritz as secretary by the same voice vote tally.
The reorganized board established a seven-member quorum for the session. All officer elections were recorded as voice votes with identical tallies (7–0–0). The board also appointed Mrs. Blundy as President Pro Tem and Mr. Heidbreder as Secretary Pro Tem earlier in the meeting to oversee the transition.
The actions formalized at this meeting take effect immediately for the 2025–26 board year.
