Hannelore Dysinger, Crawford County Housing Director (appearing via Zoom), told the board that one Housing Preservation Grant (HPG) project has been completed and inspected and that the contractor and homeowner were satisfied. Dysinger said she submitted the HPG quarterly report for "total reimbursement of $45,913.75" and is working with another homeowner to determine income eligibility to allocate remaining HPG funds.
Dysinger also outlined that the department can assist with emergency repairs for stick-built or manufactured homes on a permanent foundation if homeowners meet income qualifications and do not have insurance; homeowners who receive repairs would be expected to obtain insurance thereafter. The board did not take further formal action on housing program allocations during the meeting.
