Councilors discussed contract language changes identified in the finance subcommittee review and asked staff to provide a final draft ahead of the hearing. Manager Beattie said at least one Spectacle representative will attend the April 27 public hearing.
The council approved scheduling the public hearing unanimously and indicated further budget details and any final contract changes will be considered at the April 27 meeting after public comment.
