Director of Education Services Jorey McComas presented the district's 2026-27 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). The board approved the LCAP Federal Addendums for Northern Humboldt Union High School District and SRCHS and approved the NHUHSD and SRCHS Local Indicators; minutes record motions and unanimous votes.
Board members also set a Special Meeting on June 18 for further action on the LCAP and set an August study session for August 23 at 2 p.m. The minutes list upcoming board calendar items and note opportunities for professional development; the LCAP presentation will proceed to additional board action at the specially scheduled meeting.
