Commissioners appoint Carla Mercer to MDHHS board, reappoint Robert Green to Veterans Service Council

On a separate motion by Moore, second by Goscicki, commissioners reappointed Robert Green to the Veterans Service Council for a term ending June 1, 2028; that motion also carried on a roll-call vote with six ayes. Both appointments were made by majority vote with one or two absences recorded at earlier points in the meeting.
