The Select Board approved routine and consent items including amended minutes from Nov. 3, 2025; ratified the board’s Oct. 6 decision granting temporary logging access across town parcel 066068.000 for Rick Kelly on behalf of Robert Koller; and authorized facility-use agreements for town-hall rehearsals and a birthday party.
The board appointed Justin Alexander as the Londonderry representative (two-year term) and Kate Ziegler as the at-large representative (one-year term) to the Mountain Towns Recreation Director Advisory Committee. The board also approved liquor-license applications, including first- and third-class and OCP for Jay Trescott’s restaurant and a second-class license for West River Coffee Barn.
Motions on these items passed by voice vote. The board adjourned shortly after 6:54 p.m.
