The motion to approve was made by Council Member Michelle Griffith and seconded by Council Member Peter Hendricks.
The approval was recorded by roll call: Council Members Peter Hendricks, Franz Suhadolnik, Michelle Griffith and Council President Keith Saks voted aye; no nays were recorded. The meeting record notes that applicants' attorney Jim Laski and Community Development Director Mark Hofman provided comments during the Lane Meadows discussion.
