Volunteer-led Mid Valley Rebels tell Lebanon board the program has more than tripled since 2022

Rob Boren, president of the Mid Valley Rebels Youth Football and Cheer Program, used the public-comment period to introduce the volunteer-run association and describe rapid enrollment growth. "My name is Rob Born again, and I serve as the president of Mid Valley Rebels Youth Football and Cheer Program," he told the board and district staff, adding that the program began in 2022 with about 57 athletes and now has roughly 170–175 registrants.
Boren said the Rebels compete in the TBYFL league and emphasized the all-volunteer nature of the organization — board members, coaches and volunteers are parents, educators, first responders and local business owners. He thanked the district for permitting the program to use the 7 Oak field and noted the group's work to offer scholarships and to help neighboring communities organize similar associations.
