"We have day camps for our kids where they can be a part of that. The mayor has a some safe summer nights program that the kids can be a part of as well," Clark said.
Clark also highlighted the town-center concerts, which she called "extremely popular," and said the events often draw hundreds of residents, with food vendors and local artisans participating at Main Street festivals organized by the Laurel Board of Trade. She emphasized that many offerings are free and designed for families and seniors.
