Attorney Jim Babois said the subject property is divided into two lots: Lot 1, which contains the gas station fueling area and mini-mart that will remain in operation, and Lot 2, which is the focus of the proposed development. He told the commission staff-requested items — a bike rack, moving an ice chest, and relocating an air dispenser — will be included in the updated site plan.
Babois also noted signage remained under negotiation between landlord and tenant and that operational questions would be handled by onsite representatives; he introduced Mr. Williamson of Graham as the person available to answer operational questions about the fueling area.
