This includes approval of the Agreement for the Purchase of Attendance Credit (Netting Chapter 48 Funding) for the 2025-2026 school year." Trustee Robert E. Serna Jr. seconded the motion; the minutes record the vote as 7-0. The minutes contain a typographical error in the original text ('1312025-2026'); the board record and this article correct that to the 2025-2026 school year. The motion delegates limited contracting authority to expedite enrollment/attendance-credit agreements subject to commissioner rules.
