Board reiterates courthouse parking plan, String Lakes project stalls pending grant matches

Appel also updated the board on the String Lakes project, saying he received an email from SWCD Technician Becky Buchholz that identified four possible grants but which would require larger local matching funds; Appel said the project is at a standstill at this time pending funding decisions.
