County OKs three‑year land lease with R. A. Muecke Sand and Gravel

The board authorized the Board Chair and County Auditor/Treasurer to execute the agreement.
Pillatzki said the lease payment totals $3,750, payable in three equal installments of $1,250 due each August 1 during the lease term, which begins Aug. 1, 2026. The motion to approve was made by Commissioner Kevin Stevens and seconded by Commissioner Larry Anderson.
