The Cottonwood County Board unanimously approved a Conditional Use Permit for Lee Loewen to conduct shoreline restoration in Midway Township on Lots 17 and the east half of Lot 18.
Alex Schultz explained the approval includes compliance with Cottonwood County Zoning Ordinance No. 28, required federal/state/local permits and fees, erosion control measures, and an on‑site waste receptacle during construction. The motion was made by Commissioner Larry Anderson and seconded by Commissioner Wayne Maras.
